*** My Top 2012 New Year's Resolutions ***

Hey Lovelies,

This year I want to have a goal and changes. The New Year is a fresh start.
The person you were last year no longer exists. All that matters is who you are on New Year’s Day and who you become by the end of the year.

January 1st is a perfect time to make a personal change. However, we can take a more realistic and holistic approach to life and in the process; be a little kinder to ourselves. Changing bad habits and creating good habits requires consistency, and it can be tempting to try and change all of these bad habits on the same day. This is a poor strategy; as we get overwhelmed and quit .

If we take a more measured, long term approach to change and learn to stick with it when it gets tough. We’ll all be a lot more successful creating permanent change and sticking to our New Year’s Resolutions.

I had a hard time back in 2010 and 2011 is one of the best year of my life.
Now that 2012 is coming, no matter how good or bad. I want 2012 to be a blessing not only for myself but also for others.

According to Wendy Lipton-Dibner the author of the bestselling book,Shatter Your Speed Limits.

There are 3 simple steps to get what we truly want.

STEP 1: Discover Your Burning Desires
You have to want something badly enough to do what it takes to get it

STEP 2: Identify Your Critical Resources
You have to be able to take effective action

Step 3: Give Yourself Permission to Succeed
You have to be willing to do what it takes and live with the consequences of your actions

Here's my top Resolutions for the coming year:

*Have a Healthy Lifestyle and Free from any Sickness 2012

This resolution is always, always included in my yearly list.
Being healthy doesn't mean just losing weight. What I want is a well balanced and healthy life style. Eat right, have enough sleep and of course regular exercise.
I think that resolution should be a priority to everyone, as they say health is wealth.

*Live, Laugh and Love more with Family and Friends

Laughing raises serotonin levels, it feels good and it keeps you young. Make it a New Year’s resolution for 2012 that you will laugh more every day. Life is not always easy; we all have problems and challenges. But we can actively choose to have an optimistic outlook on life and expect the best outcome. You can find something to laugh about every day.
Spend more time with out loved ones, families and friends.

*Save more, Be Smart,*Be more Organize and Work Harder this year

This coming 2012, I want to work smarter and harder. I want to grab all the opportunities that will come my way.
Plus, I will also do my best to be more organize with my time and things.

*Be the better half

For married couples, I think they should include this with their resolutions.
No matter how rough things may get or how happy we are with our partners. I want to be the better half, be more understanding, more loving, sweeter, more thoughtful, faithful and etc.

*Give Back, Share and Be a Blessing to Others

We’re all busy people with family, work and friends and the everyday domestics of life to take care of. It can be hard to find a little time for ourselves, but all of us; have at least a weekend a year that we can give to help a worthy cause or others less fortunate than ourselves.
You don’t have to wait until your super rich to ‘give back’. You can start today.

How about you friends, what your 2012 New Years resolutions?

Thank you for reading!

xoxo
